Tuition Fees

International Students

875USD or 1100CAD per course
*An international student is someone who:
1. lives outside of Canada, and who is neither a citizen nor permanent resident
2. attends a school in Canada, is neither a permanent resident nor a citizen of Canada, and is here on a study permit (student visa)
*Secondary school credit courses are not taxable however the provincial portion of the HST (5%) applies to textbook/supply purchases.

 

 

Domestic Students

439USD or 550CAD per course

A domestic student is who is a citizen of Canada or a permanent resident of Canada.

 

 

For all students

Application Fee:240USD or 300CAD
Annual Registration Fee: 722USD or 900CAD

FEE POLICY

 

1.Full Tuition Fee Refund will be granted if student withdraw from the school before courses start. To obtain a refund, the student must submit the following documents to oakvalleyacademye@gmail.com: 
(1) The original Official Letter of Acceptance; 
(2) The original receipt of tuition payment; 
(3) Completed and Signed Refund Request Form by the parent/guardian.

 


2.A Course Fee Credit will be granted if student withdraw from a course within 30 calendar days from the course start date, and the credit can be used for another course. That means students can change courses within 30 calendar days from the course start date.

 


3.No Refund of the tuition fee will be granted to a student who: 
(1) withdraws after 30 calendar days from the course start date. 
(2) is dismissed from the program as a result of any contravention of the laws of the Province of Ontario or the federal laws of Canada applicable therein or is in breach of any policies or procedures of the school.

 


4.The Application Fee is non-refundable. Annual Registration Fee can be refunded before courses start. If courses start, Annual Registration Fee is non-refundable.
